The present work will address, in essence, several aspects of Ethics, while studies that involve judgments of appreciative value of man's posture. These values can be conducive to quality judgments. The paper will also address the fusional relationship between Human Relations and Behavioral Etiquette, since it is seen as a model of personal conduct. In this case, behavior comes to be synonymous with good conduct as well as education, since it is indispensable as regards the competence to relate to the other. In turn, human relationships begin to demonstrate the capacity for interaction, that is, giving and receiving, in fraternal relationships of friendships, love and among others, in order to make human beings mature enough. Therefore, behavior is extremely influential in relationships between people, which can bring various benefits to those in interaction, as well as various difficulties in the relationship between people. In view of this, one can then improve persuasion and connections in interpersonal relationships. Attitudes, postures and way of dealing with adverse situations make the professional in education a safer, pleasant, spontaneous social actor with a high acceptability by the public (other work colleagues and professionals, parents of students and students). Consequently, this professional, in the majority, can even produce with much more disposition, be it during the difficult or pleasant hours of the bond of the school environment. For this study, we used bibliographic research and questionnaires (field activity), duly authorized by the Research Ethics Committee of Faculdades EST at the Municipal School of Early Childhood “Professora Ana Pinheiro de Oliveira”, located in the City of Primavera, in the neighborhood of Leitelândia, with the agents that make the education in this referred establishment of education. The responses were quite diverse regarding the perceptions of these agents regarding ethics, morals, interpersonal relations and behavioral etiquette, thus showing the broad character of these themes. Education agents, especially teachers, are important models and also function as a social environment relevant to the behavioral behavior of their students and their neighbors.
