Resumen:
The central argument of this dissertation is that didactic references from the field of Education can bring important contributions to foster the educational action of the Christian Church in Latin America. The Christian Church can also perceive in the apostle Paul's letter to the Galatians an example to be followed in terms of educational practices. The contexts of the letter to the Galatians indicate Paul's concern with the contextualization and effectiveness of his teaching. In this sense, it is possible to speak of a didactic undertaking on the part of the apostle. The main objective of the research is to investigate to what extent the didactic references of Education and Paulo can contribute to the educational action of the Christian Church in the Latin American context. The analysis was carried out by means of a qualitative research, with an exploratory nature, which uses the bibliographic research procedure. The research results indicate that teaching based on didactic references can be a transformer of contexts of oppression. Contextualized, understandable teaching that encourages critical and autonomous thinking and that stems from the reality experienced by the learners can prepare people capable of proposing positive social changes. This is what didactic references indicate and is what the apostle Paul tried to put into practice in his letter to the Galatians. In order for the Latin American Christian Church to benefit from these didactic references, the reflection is contextualized in Latin America. This is done through analysis of Liberation Theology. This theology is analyzed as a representative of Latin American Theology for two reasons: because it is possibly the only authentically Latin American theology, concerned with providing answers to the questions and anxieties pertinent to this context; because it is a theology elaborated with characteristics, motivations and purposes very similar to those of the didactic references. In this sense, taking into account the pertinent criticisms made of this theology, it is an example for the Latin American Christian Church of theological elaboration. The essence of the Christian Church is to be a transformer of contexts of oppression. In addition to announcing a perfect existence yet to come, its main mission is to approach people's suffering and offer possibilities for transformation. Through an educational action based on didactic references in the field of Education and the letter to the Galatians, the Latin American Christian Church can prepare Christians looking for ways to put this mission into practice.
