Abstract:
of servants of the educational management in the light of the ethical principles in a
secretariat of education of a Brazilian state having as method a theoretical research,
qualitative investigation and participant observation in the style of ethnography to
understand the reason for things and to reflect on the ethical principles, customs,
beliefs and values whose philosophical, sociological and theological bases seek the
raison d'être of the subject and its relations with the neighbor and the environment,
starting from the assumption that the ethics in the organizations has been the subject
of research since antiquity and today, it is a question of survival. For institutions to
remain solid, it is necessary to understand how codes of conduct can contribute in
professional spaces to exercise an ethical and moral conscience of the individual
where relations founded on the dignity of the human person, freedom and equal
rights prevail, enabling an awareness of all those involved in the Ethical,
Constitutional and Administrative Principles. Given the impacts on moral and cultural
values, this research is structured in four chapters subdivided into the following
topics: Ethics in Social Relations, Public Organizations, Service and Public Education
System in the State sphere, and, finally, the Final Considerations based on the
assumption that human beings must integrate spirituality in management as a way of
influencing their actions towards their peers in order to safeguard an effective and
morally ethical public administration with social responsibility as a way of
guaranteeing the sustainability and governance of institutions in the Democratic State
of Law.
