Resumen:
The goal of this research is to analyze the potential of implanting Corporative Universities (UC) in teaching institutions, in light of a management allied to spirituality. It is observed that it might be advantageous for a teaching institution to use UCs which aim at training leaders who have as their base principles of management of knowledge and of spirituality. The quest was to present how these factors can be worked within the organizations and how spirituality is dealt with in this context. It was observed that spirituality is a way of leading the organizations to develop values in their way of working, not having only profits and competitive advantages for the company as the focus but considering the human aspects of the professionals. The potential contributions which spirituality can generate in the educational realm can make it an important part for success in the business world, seen as spiritualized companies have in their strategic planning a more collaborative, solidary and participative profile. The research consisted in a bibliographic survey of important concepts and reflections about Corporative Universities and their relation to management and spirituality. For this a line was drawn between Corporative Education and the forms of management with spiritualized bases, developing a discussion about the theme in the context of teaching institutions. Being thus, it was considered that the Corporative Universities in light of management and spirituality can be an important strategy for making these local institutions which act in an ethical manner and value the potential dimensions of their professionals.
