Abstract:
This work will deal with pedagogy from a biblical perspective, alluding to the Evangelical ethical principles founded on the pedagogy of Jesus, which can be deduced from various biblical texts. The question to be asked is in what measure can his pedagogy collaborate toward a democratic school management of education which permits transforming the current values of society propitiating a change in the individuals and in society as a whole. The second part of the paper will occupy itself with the democratic management of education, questioning how the Christian ethical values, in spite of much time having passed already, can become current and be present in Brazilian education, so as to achieve the much desired transformation of society, recovering the main human values, which are the base of human formation.
