Abstract:
This bibliographic research of descriptive nature has the goal of carrying out a study about the applicability of the Pedagogical Political Project and Participative Management in the School. It presents itself with the goal of inquiring about the concepts of the Pedagogical Political Project in the teaching institution and in what way the Community influences its participation in the promotion and fulfillment of this project, identifying and referring, in an applied way, which are the main difficulties brought up by the school community and the challenges which the managers face to guide the construction of a pedagogical political project. The methodological tool used for this work focused especially on researching in books, journals, articles and more current national and international publications contextualizing with others of various historical periods. As to the expected results one can affirm, anticipatedly, that the educators of the teaching institutions and the Community feel they are capacitated to take part in the elaboration of the local Pedagogical Political Project, in spite of their lack of more general knowledge and dialog of the managing team. They do not know the political force they have as to making decisions. The students, on the other hand, are pondering an important instrument of transformation in school management, however there is little understanding about the Pedagogical Political Project. Finally, it is plausible to have the perception that the constitution of a pedagogical political project needs to be pondered, debated and established together through which the team is submerged in the political actions of the school and curricular-pedagogical organization.
