Resumen:
The title of this piece of academic work is Análise do Projeto Plataforma Paulo Freire (PARFOR) - na ótica da gestão: um estudo de caso no município de Santo Antônio de Jesus (Ba); it aims at analyzing the results of PARFOR, under the management perspective in the municipality of Santo Antônio de Jesus (BA). The current changes in the labor world, especially in education, demand that even schools to remold their management models with the objective of giving the participants better quality of professional education. Therefore, within the frame of this perspective, the University of Bahia sought to achieve this objective via the so-called Plano Nacional de Fromação de Professores (National Plan for Teachers Formation) - PARFOR. The university made it possible social inclusion to the student-teachers, so as to give them better capacity by means of continuous education. So, in the face of this context, there comes the following questioning: How is it made the management of the PARFOR program so as for the professionalization of the teachers-students? In order to answer it, quantitative and qualitative research was adopted as a methodology, and the PARFOR of the municipality of Santo Antônio de Jesus was defined as the sample. From the research, it is concluded that the experience of the subjects, starting from the Project in reference, provides transformation in the behavioral formation of the student-teacher graduates. Above all, it was pointed out that managers are guided by the curriculumflexibilization, the focus on collective and continuous knowledge construction, the construction of praxis, in conducting the history course presented here, in order to achieve the best professionalization of students-teachers, as well as to lead them to the development of competencies oriented to the present day needs.
