Abstract:
This paper is a brief study of postulates referring to ethics with regard to the way it is constructed founded on theoretical postulates about the model of school management. That is why, in light of the ethical principles in the sense of demonstrating the possible existence of a better way to conduct a management guided by Christian values, since, in current times much is being said about values considering that they are not unchangeable, the first chapter deals primarily with some theoretical concepts which make reference to ethics in the perspective of authors who work with this theme. In turn, the second chapter deals with the ethical principles tied to the characterizations of the Christian values connected to spiritualized management. In this sense, we will also explain the Code of Ethics of Public Service – Single Legal Regime of the Civil Public Servants of the Direct Administration of the Authorities and Public Foundations of the State of Pará, Law 5810/1994, to give a foundation to the category of the public servants so necessary to the states. In this sense, the third chapter reflects about management in its multiple facets, and in a way that will be dealt with by the institutions as a field of useful knowledge for the development of the institution, although it is still necessary that the conceptual bases of management be established to trace out a methodological theoretical framework to deal with school management, a very necessary theme in the educational area. At the end, the fourth chapter occupies itself with the processes and methods of the research which was carried out through documental analysis which sustained this study and took place in two specific stages, which are, first: through a brief survey of the trajectory of the institution as well as an explanation of the referential marks; second: through the consideration of the analyzed trajectories and results so as to verify the conception of a model of school management as well as its effective bases.
