Abstract:
One lives in a context where the expression “transformation” is called into question and it was in thinking of this reality that the interest emerged to talk about the issue of teacher formation in the initial years, called “pedagogue”. How will this professional corroborate in this procedure which today ravages all of society with only an initial formation? Then, based on this reflection the question was presented about how this teacher is being formed in the interface of theory and practice and how this can meet the real needs? So, for better comprehension, various authors were researched, research was done on various curricular matrixes of Pedagogy programs and, alongside, was the question how is the offer of theory and practice in the reality of the classroom. The theoretical studies which take place in the initial formation do not propitiate conditions which favor the occurrence of practice in the real work field of the pedagogue. And, to give a precise and objective answer, a rich bibliographic research was used with the intention of analyzing and comprehending in an efficient and sustainable way what the appropriate procedure is to obtain a transforming praxis already during the initial formation as well as in the continued formation. It is believed that from this teacher formation this much dreamed of transformation in Brazilian education will be able to occur.
