Abstract:
The present work aims to address the importance of people as a key point within organizations, bringing them content that generates interest for their personal development and spirituality. Pointing out that people are fundamental elements to organizations and offering their skills and knowledge to their development, it will be inevitable that companies have a vision that is not only to have employees, but also to develop and train them to feel satisfied and meet the expectations and requirements of the business market. Keeping human capital in a healthy organizational climate is still a challenge for companies due to each one's culture, but they need to be aware that more than investing in people development, it is necessary to create ways to maintain it. This research includes approaches and concepts on topics such as: personal development, spirituality, practices and possible methods to apply personal development within companies. The work has as a final product a content to be applied within organizations, that is, themes in the form of meetings or lectures for companies to present to their team with the objective of instigating each one to something that needs change in their behavior. The work addresses the main idea in organizational development which is to consider that the most valuable resource of companies are people and it is essential to create and maintain their satisfaction, both personal and professional, thus making better use of their knowledge, their qualities and skills.
