Abstract

The goal of this study was to describe and analyze the trajectory of the periodical Estudos Teológicos, tied to the Post Graduate Program in Theology of the Faculdades EST. For the Study a theoretical referential was used which contextualizes the origin of the periodical, the institutional memory and history, the periodicals in Brasil and in Rio Grande do Sul, higher learning and the role of periodicals as disseminators of scientific information and finally, the editorial trajectory of the Estudos Teológicos Journal.
