Resumen:
This research seeks to investigate the written history of the Paróquia Evangélica de Confissão Luterana Apóstolo João [Apostle John Evangelical Parish of Lutheran Confession]. The goal of this investigation is to ask about the presence or absence of the women. For this investigation, elements of Feminist Hermeneutics will be used, them being: Suspicion, Gender, Deconstruction and Reconstruction. Based on these elements we become aware that the way in which we produce knowledge seeks to be linear, universal and objective. Besides this, it creates hierarchies and dichotomies, produced by the androcentric and patriarchal society in which we live. These hierarchies and dichotomies invisibilized the experience and the presence of the women within the written history of the Paróquia Evangélica de Confissão Luterana Apóstolo João. That is why it is necessary to deconstruct and reconstruct the methods used to produce historical knowledge, seeking a new stomach that is able to digest and reconstruct the history produced by the women. One perceives the Feminist Historiography as being this new stomach. This because it questions the universal, linear and objective way of producing historical knowledge. It also proposes new models, paradigms and concepts for the production of the same. Within these concepts, this research utilizes the concept of Experience, Daily Life, Memory and Life Stories. These concepts make women producers of historical knowledge. It propitiates that they have a voice and vote in telling history. It makes it possible for the women to transform their individual history as well as the collective history. Based on these concepts we seek to reconstruct the written history of the Paróquia Evangélica de Confissão Luterana Apóstolo João. These concepts give the foundation for the campaign of the Igreja Evangélica de Confissão Luterana no Brasil (IECLB), called: In Communion with the Lives of the Women. It will serve as an excellent tool for the reconstruction of the women’s history of the Paróquia Evangélica de Confissão Luterana Apóstolo João. This because it is through this campaign that the women are inspired to tell and write their story, thus producing historical knowledge and also being an inspiration for faith. Through the campaign, the history of the women is recovered. Each story is an inspiring part of a faith and protagonism mosaic.
