Abstract:
This paper deals with the preaching of the Gospel on radio media in the context of the program God is Light, in the city of Brasilia, Federal District, connected to the Igreja Batista Nacional Deus é Luz [God is Light Baptist National Church], Facbadel (Faculdade Batista Deus é Luz [God is Light Baptist College]), and its respective legal maintaining entity, Fundação Exposição Bíblica [Biblical Exposition Foundation]. The author describes the history of radio media in Brazil, narrates the experience of the development of the referred program and its justification and presents the need for communicating the Gospel taking into account the format required by the market, but pointing out the urgency of an evangelical mediatic communication with biblical presentation content and which has at its center the necessary foundations for Christian information and formation.
