Resumen:
The goal of this work is to verify women in the work market and make an analysis of gender based on the formation and professional occupation through an examination of elements or the main factors which influence society in its way of thinking and acting. Attention will be given to the phenomenon through available bibliographic reading which deals with the participation of women in the work space. Sociological and economic aspects will be considered as well as their interaction with religious issues and their influences in the process of functional mobility at the work place and also the influence of female schooling as a differentiating element in this process. The androcentrista culture which considers the placement in the work market a result of sexist influence seems to influence the inequalities of gender. In spite of significant changes in recent times, mainly in regard to the worker rights of women, one can still observe today the culture of preparing the girls to submit to the men. This is justified as one considers the different social elements as the influence of the ethical, theological and cultural values in the process which tries to condition women to inequality in the work market. Thus, through various authors such as May, Eggert, Colling among others, one seeks to draw out a cultural profile of the treatment dispensed on women in the current social context. This profile of the society results in the treatment dispensed on women at the work place and not the contrary. There are various institutions which make up society and all of them contribute in some way. Both education as well as religion had their importance for the dominating ideology of men over women.
