Abstract:
This study examined the relationship between ethics and decision making of the
executive, showing how professional management can help to build an
environment of trust and how this administrative environment can influence their
decisions. To this end, we presented the definition of ethics and their moral
distinction, beyond the history of business ethics to the present day.
Subsequently, discussions were presented on business ethics from professional
management and an approach about his training and the relationship between
ethics and decision making. Building an environment of trust part of the
relationship between those involved, in this sense, was presented an
introduction to this topic from research for the business world. In addition, the
subject was presented trust as a contribution to a more harmonious, and
provide a parameter for the ethical conduct of the manager. Was emphasized
also the importance of ethical decisions of primary manager of the organization,
as well as steps presented so that one can make ethical decisions. Accordingly,
a need was perceived to provide the manager to work an ethical and
trustworthy.
