Resumo:
This paper presents a brief dissertative supported by theoretical study on the importance of ethical action in business process management for the promotion of organizational climate pleasant. Created a need due to major advances provided by the globalization of markets that has caused many changes in the context of work environments and a strong influence on the behavior of workers.The first chapter discusses some concepts and theories of ethics, based on major theoretical references. The analysis of some important situations such as being ethical and human dignity as a formative element - a concern about how individuals should act, behave both in the individual and business and how it can work and display their values to the social context , their personal and interpersonal relations. Business ethics is also covered in this chapter, the goal is to show that companies, even going through change or restructuring, may act in an ethical and transparent in its management model.The organization's environment, including factors such as organizational changes, organizational culture and climate, are presented in chapter two. The proposal is to show that these factors permeate the work environment and the attention of managers to adapt to the need created by each of them. The attempt here is to show how the organization can develop and face the changes grounded in their own culture, climate, provided you keep a flexible and adapted to the environment, constantly assessing their work atmosphere. Chapter three is dealt with ethics in the context of organizations, their influence on the management and climate. Elucidates the climate as a factor in employee satisfaction or dissatisfaction and call attention to the promotion of climate as a competitive advantage, highlights the influence of human factor, the motivation and the role of the leader / leadership, which are able to exert competitive advantage, since all have a great support ethical. The search ends, calling attention to all these factors, how they exercise power over the behavioral attitudes of managers and how ethics is important and can contribute to business process management, allowing the promotion of organizational climate pleasant. Importantly, it is made clear that there are other elements that may also interfere with the organizational climate of a workplace, but this thesis set out to start the importance of ethical action.
