Resumo:
This study investigates the influence of post-truth on the relativization of the word of
God, proposing a Christian education project based on the Problem-Based Learning
(PBL) methodology as a response to these challenges. To this end, it examines how
relativism affects the understanding of Christian truth and, based on this, proposes
educational strategies that strengthen a solid commitment to faith. In this context, the
concept of post-truth was explored, identifying its implications for the acceptance of
biblical truth. The research highlights the importance of developing a critical and
theologically grounded vision through PBL, which becomes the central focus of the
investigation. Adopting a bibliographical approach, the research reviews the literature
on post-truth, relativism and Christian education, in addition to studying the PBL
methodology. The data were analyzed based on several authors and with the
analysis of biblical verses, offering a critical and grounded perspective. The work
indicates that relativism can compromise spiritual formation by questioning absolute
truths, generating ethical and moral disorder and weakening the commitment to the
authority of Scripture. PBL, when adapted to Christian teaching, can be effective in
addressing these issues, integrating biblical principles into the resolution of everyday
problems. This methodology fosters the development of critical thinking, strengthens
faith, and enables young people to live according to the truths of the Holy Scriptures
in a world marked by uncertainty and relativism. The product of the research is a
teaching project based on the book of Philippians, structured to enable participants to
apply Christian principles in everyday situations, promoting an authentic and
transformative Christian life. Also included is a handout for teachers to assist in the
practical application of the project in the classroom.
