Abstract:
This research seeks to investigate biblical teaching and its contribution to changing the behavior of Christian human beings. It highlights the importance of adopting a new stance towards the community in which the Christian human being is inserted. In addition, there is the understanding that human beings are not devoid of meaning and that, when they come to the Christian church, to the local community, they will need to leave behind old habits and learn new ones. Therefore, it is important to understand the significance of biblical teaching for changing human behavior. This research is structured in three chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to research on education and its contribution to the development of human beings and their relational practices, arriving at biblical Christian education and biblical teaching with its significance. This chapter also researches and discusses the Christian educator, understanding their importance in contributing to biblical teaching. The second chapter will research some sciences, neuroscience, psychology and Christian ethics, which can contribute to the study of the development of human behavior. In the third and final chapter, the creation of a guidance manual for Christian leaders and educators will be proposed as a guide for the training and development of new Christian educators who are in charge of teaching the Bible in local communities, with contributions from the results of this research. This guidance manual is suggestive and it is up to Christian educators and leaders to accept it or adapt it to the realities of local communities.
