Resumen:
The objective of this dissertation is to analyze the role played by consensual means in the treatment of contemporary social conflicts, with a bias towards interdisciplinary spirituality in conflict resolution and mediation. Justice is a fundamental human right, but the Judiciary suffers from the large number of cases that come into its courts every day. To reduce this demand, various techniques have been created to promote consensual solutions between parties without judicial interference, with mediation and conciliation being some of the most commonly usedconsensual methods today. In this sense, spirituality can play an important role in these processes by providing a moral and ethical basis common to those involved in conflict and thus contributing to greater understanding of each other's demands, making it possible to find a more creative solution that meets everyone's needs involved. This spiritual interdisciplinary bias toward mediating conflicts can be considered a very important differentiating element for contemporary organizations-especially as regards non-judicial techniques for resolving disputes amicably Brazilian legal system also faces challenges when identifying effective mechanisms for dealing with current disputes through externalizing administrative procedures related interpersonal relationships unviable due largely depend on public powers (courts) structure overloaded .
