Abstract:
The object of this dissertation is the study of dyslexia, directed to the educational environment, in order to enable the development of strategies by management people, as well as to reflect on issues addressed to dyslexia. The objective is to disseminate knowledge on how to alleviate the prejudice suffered by dyslexic people, confident for their resocialization, both in the school environment and in their social life as a whole, directing their attention to the management of the ethics of care. Surveys carried out in several countries show that about 10% to 15% of the world's population is dyslexic, hence the choice of theme is perfectly justifiable. For the elaboration of the study, it was decided to use a fundamentally bibliographical, documentary and digital methodology, using as sources the doctrine, the legislation, in addition to the experience learned in the professional scope of teaching. Specialists in the area, such as Calafange (2001), Capovilla (2001), Estill (2003) and Hout and Estienne (2001), among others, were consulted for the composition of the bibliographic part of the data collection.
