Abstract:
This is a bibliographical research that presents the theme Adolescents in conflict with the law. The general objective of this study is to reflect on the social representation of families and adolescents in conflict with the law, in addition to conceptualizing the theory of social representations, verifying the concepts and conceptions of family, and relating the causes of the infractions of adolescents in conflict with the law. the law. The research is divided into three chapters. The first addresses the theory of social representations, the second discusses the family and its context, and the third discusses adolescents in conflict with the law and the causes of the infraction. Through this study, aspects related to the origin, concept and formation of social representations are verified; origin, concept and new Brazilian family arrangements; adolescence, influences on the development of the adolescent person, concept of adolescent in conflict with the law and aspects that influence the infraction. It was concluded that there are four factors that influence the behavior of adolescents, leading them to conduct in conflict with the law, which are: Socioeconomic, family, vulnerability/social risk and religion. All these factors presented suffer interference from the family environment. These categorizations emerged from the social representations of the researchers investigated in this study.
