Código de ética dos servidores do município de Lucas do Rio Verde

Abstract

Ethics is typically human conduct. in society everyone has rights and duties, each individual has the role of fulfilling their duties and demanding their rights. This bibliographic work was developed with the objective of knowing and reflecting on the code of ethics and its nuances, to which they are submitted the public servants of the municipality of Lucas do Rio Verde - MT. Research is about the importance of ethics, as well as the conceptualization that regulates or conducts human behavior, especially the servers of the municipal sphere of the city in question. It was reflected on the basis of norms, values, laws, warnings and possible punishments, where necessary. Elements present in any reality of the public administration of the country, must obey the Federal Constitution and the Codes of Ethics of their respective organs, of each public administrative sector, whether federal or restrictively municipal, as in the case of this municipality of this research. This paper verifies in addition to the observations of the literature on Ethics: its origin, its interferences throughout the of time, cultures, religions and the determinants that define the moment of use or disuse by a society. For public servants are enumerated the rules and behavior of each one in the face of his actions in the function of his public office. To this end, this research involves all the specificities of the code portraying as each public agent of the municipality how each public agent should behave in the professional environment, what their attitudes should be in the social sphere and, as agreed by the latter when accessing or joining the civil service in the municipality. The present study aimed to understand the different perspectives on the ethical theme from the perspective of different authors, analyzing and comparing with the code of ethics in force in the municipality of Lucas Rio Verde. In turn, the specific objectives were to understand the specifications in relation to the codes of ethics in the public sphere, analyze and compare with the code of ethics in force in the municipality of Lucas de Rio Verde and verify its constitutionality. It was observed that the referred code meets the specifications of the Federal constitution and its articles of conduct in its different fields. Specifically complies with Article 37º of Federal Constitution.
