Resumo:
The coaching has been performing in the world spotlight as a methodology that you support people in achieving their goals, the making by a method focusing on the person and deeply focused on the balance and ecology of life and the surrounding systems of the subject / client. This methodology has been used with equal success in one of the leading models is the most impressive in terms of organizational climate: Leader Coach. The practice of coaching and leader coach model hold deep relationship with an expression of human spirituality called a mystical spirituality. In spite of the different practices found when the subject is spirituality in companies or organizations, mystical spirituality, before its more open, inclusive and unitive features is presented as a viable alternative in systematization of introducing the topic spirituality programs at companies and organizations and in particular the implementation of training more competent leadership programs, i.e., more intelligent spiritually. The union between coaching, the leader coach model and mystical spirituality are highlighted in this research and also gain tooling materiality in The Coaching Game (Points of You), which bills itself as a creative alternative to the work of these such complex issues as are spirituality and its use in the training of leaders. Our proposal is to present in this work the main concepts and some practical, signaling the way to achieving a leading coaches training program focusing on emotional intelligence while in the Spiritual Intelligence.
