O modelo do discipulado de Jesus Cristo aplicado à Igreja Evangélica Assembleia de Deus Ministério de Madureira - AD ARSE 112 em Palmas/TO

Abstract

Our greatest joy as Christians should not be simply to bring a person to Christ, but to see that same person become a dedicated and committed believer, a mature disciple, to the point of being able to bring others to Christ, leading them to maturity. Today, few believers mature and commit themselves as disciples who bear fruit. On the other hand, the lack of this knowledge can have serious consequences for the church. Jesus called and trained 12 disciples over three and a half years, teaching some truths about the Kingdom. He highlighted two distinct types of leadership: that of the world and that of the Kingdom. In the first, leaders dominate authoritarianly, in strength and power. In the second, leaders are concerned with forming new leaders. The present work focused on studying the model of Jesus 'discipleship applied to the Evangelical Church Assembly of God Madureira in Palmas / TO, thus seeking to understand the concept of Jesus' discipleship. Subsequently, we sought to explore the exegesis of the Mt 28.16-20 section, always focused on the foundation of the concept of discipleship. In the last chapter of the paper there is an attempt to apply a method of discipleship. The tested discipleship method was carried out throughout 2019 at the Evangelical Church Assembly of God Nação Madureira Congregação ARSE112 in Palmas / TO. If we don't stop to reflect on discipleship, the church will have serious material and spiritual problems. Through discipleship we are able to convey to people the true feeling and desire of Jesus Christ for his church, communion and friendship. The New Testament confirms that Jesus was a friend of sinners (Luke 7:34). He talked to them on the streets, called them to be disciples, attended their parties and invited himself to dinner at their house. In friendship, Jesus shared the gospel.
