dc.description.abstractThis final paper deals with the theme of the biblical law in the Pentateuch, and, more specifically, of the laws applied to homicide cases. The work is divided into three parts. First, general aspects about biblical law will be dealt with and the ten main characteristics of the Old Testament law will be indicated. Following, the second chapter will deal with the theme of the law based on a systematic analysis of the legal blocks in the Pentateuch: Decalogue, alliance code, Deuteronomic code and the holiness code. Finally, the last chapter will deal specifically with the application of the law in homicide cases, first, in the story of Cain and Abel, and later, in the legal texts.en

dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho final aborda o tema da lei bíblica no Pentateuco e, mais especificamente, das leis aplicadas a casos de homicídio. O trabalho está dividido em três partes. Primeiro serão abordados aspectos gerais sobre a lei bíblica e indicadas as dez principais características da lei veterotestamentária. Em seguida, o segundo capítulo abordará a temática da lei a partir de uma análise sistemática dos blocos legais no Pentateuco: decálogo, código da aliança, código deuteronômico e código de santidade. Por fim, o último capítulo abordará especificamente a aplicação da lei em casos de homicídio, primeiro, na história de Caim e Abel, e depois, nos textos legais.pt_BR
