<description>Fragmentos do tempo: memórias, identidade e ressignificação de um grupo de mulheres teuto-brasileiras luteranas do Município de Novo Hamburgo/RS.
This thesis analyzes the remnants of culture and religion, especially in Lutheran traditions, brought by the first European immigrants from the XIX century, with focus on women of German descent that live in the “Vale dos Sinos” region, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The goal is to identify to what extent the customs and traditions inherited from the ancestors of these German-Brazilian women was preserved until the current days, and how much it influences the construction of their identities. The research falls within the concentration area of Religion, Theology and Society, that addresses and problematizes the relations between Religion, Theology and Society, as well as its interfaces with the public and religious spaces, considering, among other aspects, the history of tradition, church and theology. It is also linked to the Research Line of History and Theology, focused on the study of Church tradition, development of ecclesiastical and theological thought, among other correlated themes. Methodologically, this is a qualitative field research study that uses recorded interviews to collect testimonials, memories and reports of lived experiences, transforming it into historical documents. Therefore, the primary method applied is Oral History, involving literal transcription, applying thematic clipping, and interpreting it in the light of Discourse Analysis. The investigation concentrates on the subjectivity of social memory, prioritizing the study of present time, of marginalized groups and events that weren’t registered in written documents. The results demonstrate, firstly, that these women and their reports possess fundamental importance in the construction of German-Brazilian identities in Vale dos Sinos region. Secondly, it evidences how much the teachings received from mothers and grandmothers contributed to the generation of their cultural and religious identities, revealing women’s role as guardians and transmitters of people’s culture. Thirdly, the research shows that these women were and still are marginalized in their social context, because, although having had access to education to jobs, and careers, them being women and elderly results in their memories often not being legitimized , and their experiences being seen as only personal and irrelevant stories. However, one of the most significant contributions of this research is the preservation of memory through sensitive listening. By permitting that these women narrate their own experiences by understanding the nuances present in their narratives, it becomes possible to recognize their contribution to preserve the memory of the history of the place where they are located. Above all, the research contributes to the appreciation of these women as historical subjects and fundamental agents of history

<title>O sábado no juízo pré-advento em Ellen White e na metáfora do julgamento de Walter Brueggemann</title>
<link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1284</link>
<description>O sábado no juízo pré-advento em Ellen White e na metáfora do julgamento de Walter Brueggemann
This thesis comparatively analyzes Ellen White's and Walter Brueggemann's understanding of the Sabbath's function as a distinctive sign of the covenant and a testimony to God's character in contexts of judgment. The objective is to identify convergences, divergences, and theological-practical implications for Sabbatarian theology. The research falls within the area of concentration Religion, Theology, and Society, which addresses and problematizes the relationship between Religion, Theology, and Society and its interface with the public and religious sphere, considering, among other things, aspects of the history of tradition, the Church, and Theologies. It is also linked to the research area History and Theology, which deals, among other things, with the history of Church tradition and the development of ecclesiastical and theological thinking. Methodologically, this is a bibliographical, analytical-comparative, and intertextual research, constructed from a review of the primary and secondary literature of the two authors, seeking to examine them from their own hermeneutical horizons, in order to avoid anachronisms and reductionisms and to compare not only isolated statements, but as theological macrostructures that connect judgment, covenant, witness, worship, and social life. The results show, firstly, that, in White, pre-advent justice constitutes a coherent and central theological structure, in which sanctuary, prophetic historicism, the great conflict, the concept of remnant, mission, and hope are intertwined, so that the Sabbath appears as God's seal, a sign of loyalty in an eschatological scenario of judgment and selections a criterion of worship in the final conflict. Secondly, the research demonstrates that, in Brueggemann, the metaphor of judgment functions as a hermeneutical key to Old Testament theology, and that the Sabbath emerges as a distinctive testimony of the covenant, a public practice of resistance to empire, the logic of scarcity, the commodification of time, and the economic colonization of life. The comparison reveals as the main convergence the fact that, in both systems, the Sabbath operates as a visible practice of belonging to divine authority and as a publicly verifiable sign-testimony of covenantal loyalty. The differences, however, remain relevant: in White, an apocalyptic-eschatological, forensic, and soteriological framework predominates; while in Brueggemann, a canonical-prophetic, rhetorical, and socioeconomic framework predominates. It can be concluded, therefore, that the categories "seal of God" and "distinctive testimony" are not equivalent, but are functionally comparable, allowing us to understand the Sabbath simultaneously as a historical expression of fidelity, a public semiotics of the covenant, and a theological critique of rival powers that dispute time, spirit, and human life]

<title>A soteriologia sinergista e a espiritualidade do movimento da fé ou teologia da prosperidade</title>
<link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1283</link>
<description>A soteriologia sinergista e a espiritualidade do movimento da fé ou teologia da prosperidade
This study aims to investigate the characteristic elements of the Ordo Salutis of a synergistic soteriology, and then analyze the possibility of this soteriological category influencing the spirituality of the movement known as the “Faith Movement or Prosperity Theology” To achieve this objective, the introductory part of the thesis presents some considerations on the concept of monergistic and synergistic soteriology, a brief conceptualization of the meaning of Christian spirituality, and finally, comments on how the thesis was structured, as well as some methodological reservations. In addition to the introductory part, the research has five more parts, four chapters and a conclusion. In the first chapter, we present an analysis of the elements that make up the Ordo Salutis of Augustinian soteriology, based on three writings by Augustine of Hippo – “De Gratia et Libero Arbitrio”; “De Correctione et Gratia”, “Da Praedestinatione Sanctorum”. These writings were sent as letters to the monks of Hadrumetum and Marseille, known as semi-Pelagians because of their reaction to certain soteriological elements presented in Augustine’s debate with Pelagius in the 5th century AD. We also analyze some of the soteriological assumptions of John Cassian, abbot of the monastery of Saint Victor and the main semi-Pelagian opponent of Augustinian soteriology in this debate. In the following chapter, we examine the development of some elements of the Ordo Salutis present in the soteriology of Philip Melanchthon, based on various versions of his magnum opus, “Loci communes rerum theologicarum”; and how these were defended by Victorinus Strigel, leader of the Philippian party, in his debate with Matthias Flacius, leader of the Flacian party, in the so-called Synergist Controversy, which occurred within Lutheranism between 1550 and 1560 AD. In the third chapter, we delve into some of the writings of Jacob Arminius in order to analyze the development of certain elements pertinent to the soteriological propositions presented in his Ordo Salutis and how these affected the debate that took place between the Remonstrants and the classical Calvinists at the Synod of Dordrecht. In the fourth chapter, we examine the characteristics of some of the component assumptions of the anthropology, soteriology, and spirituality of the so-called “Faith Movement” or “Prosperity Theology” in order to analyze, in the concluding part of the thesis, the possible relationship and influence of a synergistic soteriology on these assumptions. Finally, in the conclusion of our research, we find that there has indeed been an influence of a synergistic soteriology on the synergism strongly present in the spirituality of the “Faith Movement” or “Prosperity Theology” Also in this last part, we present, based on characteristic principles of a monergistic soteriology, suggestions for a reaction to some of the assumptions present in both a synergistic soteriology and a synergistic spirituality. Thus, this research is situated within the Concentration Area Religion, Theology, and Society, which examines and critically analyzes the relationship between religion, theology, and society, as well as their interfaces with the public and religious spheres, taking into account, among other aspects, the history of tradition, the Church, and theological developments. Furthermore, it is affiliated with the Research Line History and Theology, which 14 focuses, among other topics, on the development of ecclesiastical and theological thought.

<link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1282</link>
<description>A formação docente para inclusão de discentes com dificuldade de aprendizagem
The process of school inclusion is essential to guarantee people with learning difficulties the educational spaces they deserve, fostering socialization and psychosocial development. To this end, teacher training emerges as an essential element, with a view to providing the tools for implementing inclusive educational practices. Also based on the theological perspective of inalienable human dignity, which supports the universal right to education and full development, this research aims to investigate how teacher training can contribute to the inclusion of people with Specific Learning Disorders in regular public schools, with a focus on inclusive pedagogical actions. The specific objectives are: to analyze the conceptual and legislative aspects related to school inclusion, focusing on its applicability in the context of public schools; to define and classify Specific Learning Disorders, according to specialized literature and educational policies; to explore educational methodologies and technologies that favor the inclusion of people with Specific Learning Disorders and learning difficulties in basic education; to examine how initial and ongoing teacher training can impact the school inclusion of children and adolescents with Specific Learning Disorder; to analyze the presence of elements on school inclusion in two Political-Pedagogical Projects; and to develop an e-book as a resource to support the ongoing training of teachers, aiming at the inclusion of students with Specific Learning Disorder. To achieve these objectives, a bibliographic and documentary research was developed, with a qualitative and interpretative approach, of books, theses, dissertations, scientific articles, legal devices, Course Pedagogical Projects and Political-Pedagogical Project. An e-book was also developed, as an educational product, with the purpose of assisting in teacher training, for school inclusion. The developed e-book is configured as a study instrument on school inclusion, in addition to being a practical guide, with suggestions of strategies and activities, that value each student, in their individuality, personalizing and modeling teaching in order to reach everyone and favor more meaningful learning.
