      <description>Title: A espiritualidade como forma de cuidado de pessoas com transtornos psicossociais no âmbito educacional
Abstract: The theme of this research is spirituality in schools as a possible form of care for students with psychosocial disorders. The study investigates how the appreciation of spirituality within the school environment can contribute to coping with these disorders by promoting well-being and emotional health. To this end, it analyzes how spiritual values can be integrated into everyday school life. This work adopts a concept of spirituality grounded in the Christian tradition, while respecting the plurality of beliefs and expressions present in the school context. The choice of Christian spirituality is justified by the fact that the research is situated within the scope of a Theology course. As a product of this research, two informational brochures will be developed with the aim of supporting the implementation of the appreciation of spirituality as a pedagogical resource in addressing psychosocial disorders. These materials will guide inclusive pedagogical practices that are sensitive to diversity, in addition to proposing teacher training strategies focused on professional development. It is concluded that the conscious and responsible appreciation of spirituality in schools can become an effective resource for promoting mental health and coping with psychosocial disorders. Besides offering emotional support, this approach encourages humanizing pedagogical practices and expands opportunities for critical reflection on values and interpersonal relationships. Thus, educational strategies that integrate the spiritual dimension of students respond not only to emerging educational demands but also contribute to the construction of more inclusive, welcoming, and developmentally committed school environments for all those involved. The adopted methodology will be bibliographic in nature, based on a thorough analysis of primary and secondary sources such as books, articles, and specialized journals, while the method includes bibliographic mapping and critical comparison of the selected materials.

      <title>A educação comunitária de adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade social, numa perspectiva do cuidado e da formação humana</title>
      <link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1256</link>
      <description>Title: A educação comunitária de adolescentes em situação de vulnerabilidade social, numa perspectiva do cuidado e da formação humana
Abstract: Adolescence is an important stage of transition between childhood and adulthood and, through the Brazilian panorama of many adolescents in situations of social vulnerability, this research is presented with community education and its relevance in the human formation of adolescents through care as its main objective. Community education can be observed in its breadth, both in the diversity of contexts, formal or non-formal, as well as methodologies. In non-formal environments like churches, there is an important relationship between education and faith, which distances youth from situations of vulnerability. In this way, faith can be understood as a very relevant mechanism in community education and an integrative element between it and theology. Therefore, the research will be oriented towards the formation of being in its integrality, addressing pedagogical and theological aspects. Initially, the investigation seeks to understand the phenomenon of adolescence, its conception in the contemporary family, the formation of identity, faith, social interactions and understanding of the contexts of social vulnerability. Subsequently, research advances for the knowledge on community education, its assumptions, as well as the characteristics of teaching and its implications. The study also deepens the understanding of care, as a practice inherent to the human being and an important element of this educational dimension. In a world in crisis, there is a primordial need to construct a new ethos, which will guide educational actions for this perspective of care and social responsibility. As a research product or study oriented to the construction of a social intervention project in the area of musical education, given that music is a practice that involves the human being from birth, being present in the most diverse cultures, groups and communities, being an important part of human spirituality. In this sense, in addition to understanding all the theoretical references that underpin community education and care ethics, it will also provide alternatives through methodologies that can be presented as important mechanisms for the transformation of the realities in which many adolescents live in Brazil

      <title>O uso da inteligência espiritual na liderança corporativa</title>
      <link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1255</link>
      <description>Title: O uso da inteligência espiritual na liderança corporativa
Abstract: This dissertation investigates the potential of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) as a tool for developing more assertive, harmonious, and productive leadership in contemporary organizations. The research addresses the problem of the growing prevalence of mental illness in the workplace, evidenced by high stress rates and the recognition of Burnout Syndrome as an occupational disease—a situation that has intensified in the post-COVID-19 context with accelerated digitalization and the consolidation of remote work. A bibliographic research methodology was adopted, engaging with theoretical frameworks from administration, psychology, theology, and computer science. The central argument is that unprepared leaders, exclusively focused on performance metrics and equipped with control technologies, have fostered toxic organizational cultures. This scenario, marked by harassment, undue pressure, and ethical deficiencies, emerges as a primary catalyst for professional exhaustion and employee demotivation. In contrast to this model, the study seeks to deepen the concept of Spiritual Intelligence, grounded in the work of Danah Zohar and Ian Marshall. SQ is presented as a human capacity linked to the search for purpose, meaning, and transcendent values, complementing rational (IQ) and emotional (EQ) intelligences. The hypothesis advanced is that leaders who develop their Spiritual Intelligence are better equipped to cultivate healthy work environments, where the focus shifts from mere pressure for results to the construction of shared purpose and meaningful interpersonal relationships. The dissertation explores how the application of SQ in management can transform corporate dynamics, promoting well-being, engagement, and, consequently, sustainable productivity. By analyzing the interaction between different generations in the labor market and multiple intelligences, the research points to the need for a new leadership paradigm capable of inspiring and fostering individual vocations within a collective context. It concludes that the Spiritual Intelligence approach offers a promising path toward the humanization of work relations and the construction of more resilient and ethically responsible organizations.

      <title>A supremologia do STF frente à religião: a intervenção do Estado na liberdade religiosa</title>
      <link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1254</link>
      <description>Title: A supremologia do STF frente à religião: a intervenção do Estado na liberdade religiosa
Abstract: The research topic is the relationship between the State and religion in Brazil, analyzed from the perspective of secularism and religious freedom. The objective is to analyze the relationship between the State and religion in Brazil, in light of the principle of secularism and religious freedom, with special attention to the decisions of the Supreme Federal Court. Starting from the observation that the Brazilian State, although constitutionally secular, presents ambiguous and selective practices regarding religious expressions, the research proposes a more comprehensive study on the subject, the supremacy of the STF, in order to describe how the judiciary, especially the STF, has operated as the supreme instance in defining the contours of the sacred and the secular in the public sphere. It also describes how religion, especially through religious groups, has operated to achieve hegemony. The thesis is structured around three main axes: the theoretical and historical foundation of the concept of State, religion and secularism, highlighting the evolution of human rights and the plurality of forms of secularism; This work presents an empirical examination of paradigmatic cases judged by the Brazilian Supreme Court (STF), such as those during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of crucifixes in public spaces, confessional religious education, the use of religious clothing in official documents, etc.; and a critical problematization that denounces the selectivity and moral hegemony in judicial decisions, proposing a theological and sociopolitical reinterpretation of state action. By adopting a multidisciplinary approach that engages with Theology, Philosophy, Politics, and Law, it demonstrates that the current secular model in Brazil allows for state interference that weakens the secular state and the religious freedom of non-hegemonic groups. In this vein, "supremology" designates not only the legal power of the STF, but also its symbolic capacity to define which religious manifestations are recognized as legitimate in the public sphere. Methodologically, it adopts a historical-analytical approach, based on a review of specialized literature and the analysis of primary and secondary sources, as well as public opinion research. This research proposes pathways for building a secularism that recognizes religious pluralism as a pillar of contemporary democracy and promotes public governance committed to human rights and respect for the diversity of beliefs.&#xD;
