This research proposes an exegetical-theological analysis of John 8:48-59, focusing&#13;
on the statement "Before Abraham was, I am," understood as the apex of Johannine&#13;
Christology. The study adopts a historical-grammatical method in six stages: textual&#13;
criticism, literal translation, and literary, editorial, formal, and content analysis. The&#13;
first chapter provides a detailed exegesis of the pericope, highlighting the&#13;
argumentative interactions between Jesus and the Jews and highlighting the&#13;
centrality of the "I am" declaration as a revelation of Christ's divine identity. The&#13;
second chapter expands the reflection to Johannine Christology as a whole,&#13;
analyzing titles and themes such as Logos, Son of God, and Son of Man, in&#13;
connection with the "I am" statements. The third chapter discusses the theological&#13;
implications of this self-declaration for understanding the relationship between the&#13;
Father and the Son within the Trinity, as well as for Christian eschatology,&#13;
emphasizing its relevance to biblical theology and Christological doctrine. Finally, the&#13;
concluding remarks summarize the findings and point to perspectives for future&#13;
research, suggesting applications for theological teaching, ecclesial life, and&#13;
contemporary Christian spirituality. The study aims to offer a significant contribution&#13;
to Johannine exegesis and to a deeper understanding of Christ's divine identity in&#13;
academic and ecclesiastical settings.

<link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1278</link>
This research was motivated by the recognition of the importance of reflecting on the relationship between Theology, Practical Theology and the theory of Carl Gustav Jung. One of the paths that lead to this is Jung's understanding of people's spirituality – which for him is something intrinsic to the psyche. Based on this reality, we turned to Carl Jung's research and its relationship with human life in contemporary times, presenting the foundations of Analytical Psychology on the structure and dynamics of the human psyche; as well as other contemporary thinkers, drawing parallels between the dualistic/mechanistic view in current science. The question of the relationship between spirituality, transcendence, suffering and healing in the Jungian understanding, and physical and mental health in contemporary times was also the focus of this research; likewise, the understanding of great thinkers of Practical Theology about the current reality, as well as of Practical Theology in Latin America. This study had a theoretical nature, developed through bibliographical research. The findings from Practical Theology as a whole and Jung's theory demonstrate, finally, the importance of the union between these two areas, which are different, but enrich and complement each other. Finally, despite the studies of C.G. Jung being so fiercely criticized by the scientific community of his time for being considered too extensive, and also not very "sensible", his research currently stands out with strength and seriousness in the scientific area, presenting aspects that are extremely close to the characteristics and specificities of contemporary science.

<link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1277</link>
The Protestant Reformation, initiated by Martin Luther in the 16th century, profoundly transformed the relationship between Church and State, challenging the supremacy of papal authority and driving the consolidation of national states. This dissertation aims to analyze the influence of Luther's theological thought on the relationship between these two spheres, emphasizing his main doctrines, such as the universal priesthood of believers and the doctrine of the two kingdoms. The research adopts a historical-analytical approach, based on a review of specialized literature and an analysis of the reformer's works. The dissertation is structured into three chapters: the first presents the historical and theological foundations of the Reformation; the second examines the immediate impact of Luther’s ideas on the Church-State relationship, highlighting the crisis of papal authority and the strengthening of national monarchies; and the third discusses the ongoing influence of Lutheran thought, addressing its appropriation and distortion in different political contexts, especially in totalitarian regimes. The findings indicate that Luther’s theology significantly contributed to the redefinition of power structures in the West, influencing the secularization of politics and the principles of religious autonomy. It is concluded that his legacy remains relevant to contemporary debates on secularism, democracy, and the presence of religion in the public sphere.

<link>http://dspace.est.edu.br:8080/jspui/handle/BR-SlFE/1276</link>
This is a bibliographic-qualitative study that aimed to answer how affectivity can transform interpersonal relationships, social experiences and influence the learning of children and adolescents. The theoretical framework that composes the research is based on themes related to affectivity, learning, spirituality, emotional and spiritual intelligence, social exclusion, family, school and society in their current conceptions. The theoretical foundation is based on Piaget (1972) Vygotsky (1987) and Wallon (1985), and alsoGolleman (2011), Zohar and Marshall (2017), Röhr (2013), Rocca (2013), Boff (2001) Puntel and Adam (2021). We sought to understand the concepts of affectivity in the individual's cognitive development process, demonstrating the positive contributions of the affective relationship; reflect on the influence of social environments (school, family and society) in the education of children and adolescents, approaching emotion and spirituality, as a human dimension of manifestations and expression of affectivity. A reflection is made on the social role of the school, through the case study of the Creative Trajectories Project, a social project aimed at education at UFRGS, in the municipality of Capivari do Sul/RS. It is important to highlight that it has been proven that the development of socio-emotional skills and spirituality positively transform the lives of children and adolescents.
